1. Overview

Support My Creator ("we," "us," "our") provides a platform that allows creators ("Creators") to build a personal page and receive one-time tips or donations ("Tips") from their supporters ("Supporters"). By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Creator accounts

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their page, including their name, photo, and bio. Creators may only create a page using their own identity, likeness, and content, or content they have explicit rights and consent to use.

3. Prohibited use

• Creating a page impersonating another person without their explicit consent.
• Using images, likenesses, or content without the rights or permission to do so.
• Using the platform for fraud, misrepresentation, or to collect payments under false pretenses.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual content of any kind.

4. Tips and payments

Tips sent through the platform are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except as required by law or at our discretion. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and their terms also apply.

5. Fees

Creating a page is free. A service fee may be deducted from each Tip received, as described on our Pricing page.

6. Termination

We may suspend or remove any page that violates these Terms, including pages found to misrepresent identity or use non-consensual content.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." We are not responsible for disputes between Creators and Supporters, beyond what is required by applicable law.
